【賀年食品】多食餅乾或堵塞心血管 56款不含反式脂肪餅乾詳細名單

每逢過年家中定會收到不少餅乾禮盒,不過家長要小心,長期讓小朋友攝取餅乾中的反式脂肪,或會慢性堵塞兒童心血管。TOPick搜查市面上84款常見餅乾,發現當中56款餅乾不含反式脂肪。
據食安中心資料,反式脂肪屬於不飽和脂肪,主要來自以氫化植物油為材料或用氫化植物油烹調的煎炸和烘培食品。有可能以氫化植物油製造的食物包括人造牛油、起酥油、餅乾及曲奇餅等。
綜合世界衞生組織及本港消委會的建議,男童及女童反式脂肪每日建議攝入量分別為少於1.4克和1.3克,成人每日攝入量則應少於2.2克。
TOPick檢視市面上84款常見餅乾,發現當中56款不含反式脂肪,包括樂天朱古力味熊仔餅、日清可可脆批、嘉頓香蔥薄餅、海天EDO原味餅等。要留意的是,部分餅乾雖顯示為「零」反式脂肪,但仍含有起酥油或氫化植物油等反式脂肪材料。

攝取過量反式脂肪增心血管疾病風險
據食安中心資料顯示,工業生產的反式脂肪是對心臟健康危害最大的脂肪,既增加血液內的「壞」膽固醇,又使「好」膽固醇減少。攝取過多的反式脂肪會增加心血管疾病的風險包括心臟病及中風。心血管疾病是全球主要的死亡原因之一,而心臟病亦是2019年本港的第三號殺手。世界衞生組織把工業生產的反式脂肪列為食品中的人造有害化合物,呼籲各方共同努力,在2023年或之前在全球食品供應中將之停用。
心臟專科醫生梁達智曾稱,反式脂肪雖然有分為人造及天然,但兩者都會為身體帶來負面影響,若生活上長期攝取反式脂肪,積聚在血管內會難以排走,嚴重可引致冠心病及中風等問題。他建議市民應盡量避免食用含反式脂肪的食品,而患有膽固醇高、血壓高、糖尿病的人士應盡量避免,即使是新陳代謝速率較快的小朋友及年輕也不應輕視,如小朋友年幼時已開始進食含反式脂肪的食品,長遠累積對血管的傷害,心血管疾病亦會更早形成。
營養師教睇營養標籤
家長為小朋友選購餅乾時,應看清營養標籤。營養師吳耀芬(Kathy)曾表示,由於半氫化油能延長食品的保質期,食物更加美味可口,加上成本一般較低,氫化油便被廣泛應用,如餅乾等酥皮食品都有半氫化油,亦因此會有人造反式脂肪。按現時本港營養標籤制度,每100克含少於0.3克反式脂肪的食品,可在標籤上反式脂肪部分標示為0克。
Kathy提醒,市民選購餅乾食品時,除了可選擇反式脂肪為「0克」的餅乾之外,亦可避免選擇食物標籤上的食物成分中,含有氫化植物油(Hydrogenated vegetable oil)、部分氫化植物油或植物起酥油(Shortening)等字眼的食物。
